EU data centres
Servers run on Hetzner Cloud in Nuremberg, Falkenstein, Helsinki, Ashburn, Hillsboro and Singapore. Choose EU regions for GDPR residency; US/AS available when you need them. Standard DDoS protection is included on public IPs.
Identity before provision
Every client completes Stripe Identity verification (government photo ID, selfie and liveness) before any server is created. We store only the provider reference and status — never raw ID images.
Access
SSH key authentication. Password logins disabled on platform hosts. Fail2ban and firewall limited to 22/80/443. Platform secrets held outside the application database.
Backups & monitoring
Managed plans include nightly snapshots (7-day retention), health checks with auto-restart, and uptime alerts to our operations desk.
