Terms of service

These terms govern use of ManagedVPS.online, operated by Aberdeen Equity Corp. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Service

We provide managed virtual private servers and hosted open-source software packages on Hetzner Cloud infrastructure in Germany. Service levels depend on the plan purchased.

2. Identity verification

You must complete identity verification (photo ID and liveness selfie via our provider) before any server is provisioned. Failed or incomplete verification may result in order cancellation and refund of unused prepaid fees.

3. Fees & VAT

Prices are listed exclusive of VAT. UK and EU clients may be charged VAT at the applicable rate. Invoices include VAT fields. Fees are billed in advance monthly or annually.

4. Non-payment

Unpaid invoices trigger dunning notices. Servers may be suspended after the notice period and permanently deleted after a further grace period. Data recovery after deletion is not guaranteed.

5. Acceptable use

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Mining, spam, abuse and illegal content are prohibited.

6. Liability

Service is provided as-is within the selected plan. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding a claim, except where prohibited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
